With the United States on pace to become the largest 西班牙语-speaking country by 2050, the demand for bilingual professionals is higher than ever—particularly in the classroom. If you’re passionate about preparing the next generation to live and thrive in an increasingly multicultural world, then becoming a 西班牙语 teacher can be a rewarding 职业生涯.
To achieve this, Rosemont students pursue a Bachelor of 艺术s in 西班牙语 and complete designated 教育 courses to prepare you for 生物学 teaching certification for 7 - 12年级. Students must also fulfill all testing and GPA requirements of the Pennsylvania 教育部. Your major advisor and the Director of 教育, who serves as a second advisor, will ensure that all required coursework is completed prior to 学生教学.

In addition to meeting the course requirements for the 生物学 major and education certification, all students must also fulfill the 通识教育要求 本科学院. Student may apply 9 credits from their major toward these requirements.

- Five 西班牙语 courses at the 300-level or 400-level (15学分)
- The remaining credit hours are electives and can consist of 西班牙语 courses, but should not be limited to those particular disciplines. Electives credits make up the remaining hours such that students graduate with 120 credits.
